TEAMS, PLEASE CHECK BRACKETS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARK FOR GAME TIMES

Teams make sure Rosters are completed and correct ONLINE. Roster infractions will result in a forfeit or up to a ejection from the Tournament. Teams be on the field ready to play at least 15 min early. Any Game Forfeits are an $ 80.00 charge for Umpires.

Pool Play:
1. Time limit is 60 minutes finish the Inning unless uncatchable. If home is batting and winning and time expires ball game is over.
2. Please provide Umpires balls at the Plate Meeting. (Red or Blue Stitch)
3. Flip for Home in Pool
3. Pool determines Brackets, Ties are allowed in Pool.
4. 6 runs per half inning. 12,10,8 after 3,4,5.
5. . Free Defensive Subs (Except no free substations for The Pitcher) and you can bat whole Line up in Pool Play, if you choose to bat everyone you can courtesy for the pitcher and catcher with the last COMPLETED AT Bat ( The Courtesy runner can’t run for pitcher and catcher in same half inning), Last batter in the lineup if in the first inning first batter or last at bat of previous inning.
6. Pool Play will be determined by the Usssa site for Bracket Placement. Tie breaker scenarios are listed on Usssa Website under pool standings.
7. Must have the most up to date bats with the USSSA Stamps. If bat is ruled illegal, it shall be taken out of game and a penalty enforced.

Bracket :
1. Bracket is 65 Minutes
2. Run Rule 12,10,8, After 3,4,5. Please provide Umpires balls at the Plate Meeting. (Red or Blue Stitch
3. Bracket is straight USSSA RULES. (Except 6 runs per half inning. )
Also you can Bat more than 11 just no DP and Flex with 12 Batters or more.
4. Red or blue stitch balls are allowed.
5. High Seeds are home Team in Bracket play until Championship Game. If tied on seeds we’ll flip a coin for Choice. (Winners Bracket winner is Home in Championship Game).
Championship Game is 65 Minutes.

If you play 4 games a refund of 35% will be refunded. 5 OR MORE 0% back.

Also if you drop for any reason 3 weeks before a made event the Credit will be used for another BIG SHOW EVENT ONLY.

4 weeks out its $ 60.00 admin fee for drops.

If Brackets are out on Weds no refunds will be given for any reason. (We do Brackets on Weds at 9.00 am )
