    DANA CUNDIFF LEGACY SCHOLARSHIP EVENT

    This event is both B and C Class. This event is a split event between HTB Tournaments and NEO USSSA Softball and will be a park split between Savage Park and Sand Springs Softball Complex.

    ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT AT NOON, OR WHEN THE DIVISION ENTERED FILLS UP. WHICH EVER COMES FIRST. ALL UNPAID TEAMS AT THE DEADLINE WILL BE REMOVED

    EJECTIONS REMEMBER IF A FAN IS REMOVED THE HEAD COACH IS ALSO REMOVED

    NO AWARDS IF BRACKET IS NOT COMPLETED

    Gate Fees CASH ONLY

    $10 each Ages 14yrs – 59yrs

    $7 each 65 yrs and Veterans with ID

    CHILDREN 7 – 13 years old – $5

    SAVAGE PARK RULE – ICE CHESTS CAN CONTAIN WATER AND ICE ONLY

    SAND SPRINGS RULE – 

    Coaches Passes – Coaches on the Roster with a background check only. Up to the first three through the gate per team. Everyone else pays the gate fee.

    Game Balls – Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and returned at the conclusion of the game. Blue stitch stamped USSSA Fastpitch balls are required by insurance and will be enforced. We will have balls for sale but do have a limited amount. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them. Balls aren’t cheap.

    RAINOUTS – We do our best to watch the weather and make sound decisions based off existing conditions and upcoming forecasts. We understand teams travel for events and we do our best to make adjustments or cancelations with enough time to adjust plans. That being said please watch our facebook page at www.facebook.com/htboklahoma for all updates.

    GIVEAWAYS – Every paid team got one entry per rostered regular player when registration closed into our giveaways for the event entered. All our giveaways are live on our facebook page at www.facebook.com/htboklahoma  You will be entered for the giveaway regardless of the park you play at. Everyone has a fair equal chance to win.

    REFUND POLICY

    IF A TEAM DROPS PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE A TOURNAMENT A $50 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. IF A TEAM DROPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER HTB EVENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT TEAM. ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR A RAINOUT.

    RAINOUT POLICY AS STATED BELOW.

    1 GAME 20% BACK

    2 GAMES OR MORE NO REFUNDS

    NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED IF A COACH / TEAM IS REMOVED FROM THE TOURNAMENT.

THERE WILL BE A FIRST PITCH CEREMONY AT 1:00PM ON FIELD 4 PLEASE JOIN US BY LINING UP OUTSIDE THE CHALK LINE AND AROUND THE CUFF FOR THIS SPECIAL OCCASION AS WE CELEBRATE MIKE AND DANA CUNDIFF AND THEIR LEGACY TO THE SOFTBALL COMMUNITY

please check all of your pool scores online. If there are any inconsistencies, let us know by 8 PM. We will seed the bracket and once that happens everything stands as is.

PARKING IN THE RED FIRE LANE WILL GET YOU TOWED. THE ENTRY ALSO HAS NO PARKING SIGNS ALL DOWN THE LANE NEXT TO THE RESERVOIR. FIRETRUCKS AND AMBULANCES MUST ABLE TO GET IN AND OUT. THERES PLENTY OF PARKING IN THE GRASS AT THE NORTH AND SOUTH ENDS OF THE FIELDS.

PLEASE NOTE FIELD CHANGES. 18U and 10C will be on field 13 12C that was scheduled for field 13 is now field 11 Schedule has been updated for fields. These are the only changes to the schedule. Game times remain the SAME.
