Refund Policy
Refund PolicyIf a team drops prior to 2 weeks before a tournament a $50 fee will be assessed. If a team drops within 2 weeks of the event there will be no refund, only a credit for another HTB event will be issued to that team. Once registration closes no refunds and no credits will be issued except for a rainout.
Rainout Policy as stated below. All refunds will be subject to the guidelines.

2 or more games played - no refunds
No refunds or credits will be issued if a coach / team is removed from the tournament.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT AT NOON, OR WHEN THE DIVISION ENTERED FILLS UP. WHICH EVER COMES FIRST. ALL UNPAID TEAMS AT THE DEADLINE WILL BE REMOVED.
PAY AT THE PLATE INFORMATION
This is a 3 game friendly. This event is $25 PAP per game. Your team will need $75 for the entire day to cover PAP. Each PAP is due at each games plate meeting. Correct change only on the field, no change will be given.EVENT INFORMATION

Game Information
These games will be 60 minutes finish the inning, no new inning after 55 minutes. These games CAN end in a tie. Coin toss for choice of home each game.
