This is a 1 day event.
Gates open at 9AM Sunday
Games are 60 minutes finish the inning for the round robin. Games CAN end in a tie.
Run rules are in place, 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5.
This is a three game round robin. No awards, points will be awarded.
As stated in all previous communication emails, the confirmation email when you signed up and in the online event information.
This round robin is $40 PAP cash each team for each game.
Game Balls - Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and returned at the conclusion of the game. Blue stitch stamped USSSA Fastpitch balls are required by insurance and will be enforced. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them. Balls aren't cheap.
HTB has put in place umpire forms. An Exceptional Umpire and Umpire complaint form. Coaches please take a moment between games to fill out the following forms. You can submit as many as you like for different games. HTB strives to make sure the best product possible is on the field and we want to be able to reward our umpires accordingly.
The first is the Exceptional Umpire Form that coaches can submit to help highlight any umpires who go above and beyond in their duties. These submissions will then directly impact the umpires nominated and awarded umpire of the year for all of Eastern Oklahoma.
We also recognize that umpires are human and as such they make mistakes. Even the best are not perfect therefore we have also introduced the Umpire Complaint form.
The umpire complaint form is not meant to replace any call that requires a UIC. This is a post game form so that we can correct and educate umpires on a situation or clear up a misunderstanding with a coach. Again, we ask that head coaches be the one to complete the form and be patient with us as we reply.

Gate fees are as normal and as always are cash only
$10 - Adults 14-59 years old
$7 - Veterans and Seniors 60+ with ID
CHILDREN 13 and under - FREE
*We will continue not charging for children as long as they do not destroy fields and park premises requiring extra workers to clean up after them and fix fields.
Coaches - Teams get 3 coach passes, CHECK IN AT THE GATE.
RAIN OUTS - We do our best to watch the weather and make sound decisions based off existing and weather forecasts. We understand teams travel for events and we do our best to make adjustments or cancelations with enough time to adjust plans. HTB simply rents the fields for events. HTB does not run Savage Park, handle park and/or field maintenance or concession. We simply rent the fields for our events, Tulsa Little League runs the park and concession under their city contract. Any issues with Concessions, restrooms, Park and / or field condition should be addressed with Tulsa Little League and the City of Tulsa.
HTB does everything in our scope of power to make sure everything is as it should be on game days.
If you need anything from us please do not hesitate to reach out. Issues with Umpires, coaches, fans should be brought to HTB employees not Park, Concession or field crews.
BRING EZ UPS - SAVAGE IS STILL WAITING ON NEW SHADE STRUCTURES AFTER STORMS FROM THE CITY AND HAS MINIMAL SHADE.
Savage Park DOES NOT allow outside food or drink. Player waters only in one single TEAM ice chest. - Gate will provide band for team ice chest.
HTB Tournaments provides hand stamps at the gate so you can exit and return as many times as you'd like.

ANIMALS are NOT permitted in Savage Park per Tulsa Little League and City Of Tulsa without proper service animal harnesses and visible Identification. All others will be made to leave per Park rules
Event / Refund InformationALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT AT NOON, OR WHEN THE DIVISION ENTERED FILLS UP. WHICH EVER COMES FIRST. ALL UNPAID TEAMS AT THE DEADLINE WILL BE REMOVED.

IF A TEAM DROPS PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE A TOURNAMENT A $50 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. IF A TEAM DROPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER HTB EVENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT TEAM. ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR A RAINOUT.
