different parks each day. Also depending on the final number of teams we might need
to move around to some other parks as well. "C" Division teams will not have a day off
and play Saturday, Sunday, and Bracket on Monday - All "C" Level game will be played
at Del City Ballpark - If we overfill and can't fit everyone at Del City on "C" Level we
would then play at some other local parks as well.
The Open and "B" divisions this year all have a dedicated day off so they can enjoy the
WCWS without the stress of trying to play games on the same day as well. These
Divisions will play Bracket games on Tuesday

Please note the Road to the Show Player Party & Skills Camp will be during the day on Friday, so teams have Friday evening to enjoy the WCWS. NEW Format 2025 - Please Read

There is a New Format for 2025

We will still have the player Party and Skills Comp on Friday before the tournament starts - New this year is the Skills comp will run for a longer time period - starting earlier - and all be at the same park again.

In Open and "B" Divisons - Each age/Division will have a day off - Saturday, Sunday, or Monday - This day off is to give you time to go to the WCWS or do other Team Activites without worrying about games and getting to these on time.

We will announce around Jan 1st which ages/Divisions will be off which days.

We will group ages/divisions in areas that are close to each other as there will be some ages that play at differnet parks each day to make this work.

Example of a schedule:

Saturday 2 pool play games

Sunday - Off day

Monday 2 pool play games

Tuesday is Bracket day and there is no WCWS games on this day.

The "C" Class will all play at Del City Ballpark and will follow the previous format of

"C" Teams can send in there schedule requests for Saturday or Sunday so we can work around the WCWS games for them.

Refunds

Rainout and refund policy 
if paid before and dropped before Feb 1st its a $ 100.00 admin fee for refund. 

No Refunds of any kind after Feb 1st 2024.

Due to the nature of the cost of this Event the Credit below is what we give for Rain Cancellation. 
0 games played $ 400.00 credit to the next years Event.
1-2 games $ 250.00 for a credit to 2025 Road to the Show. 
3 or more 0% Credit.
