When you put down a deposit, it is for an approximate number of tickets. In February we will need a final count. If it is +/- 3 you will not lose any deposit by taking less, and you will get the same price if you need up to 3 more. Anything with a difference greater than 3 is subject to pricing at the current time. Tickets will be delivered to you the week of the game via the AXS app. Be sure to register your email address so you don't have a problem receiving tickets. 6BEFORE YOU BUY SCHEDULING TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR GAMESChanges this year to Road to the Show/WCWS schedule: To reduce stress and scheduling issues, teams will have a designated day off based on your division, with the exception of the new 'C' division. Please see the schedule below. Bracket play will be on Tuesday this year, which is an off day for the WCWS. Please note the Road to the Show Player Party & Skills Camp will be during the day on Friday, so teams have Friday evening to enjoy the WCWS. More information will be sent out as the date gets closer. NEW Format 2025 - Please Read

There is a New Format for 2025

We will still have the player Party and Skills Comp on Friday before the tournament starts - New this year is the Skills comp will run for a longer time period - starting earlier - and all be at the same park again.

In Open and "B" Divisons - Each age/Division will have a day off - Saturday, Sunday, or Monday - This day off is to give you time to go to the WCWS or do other Team Activites without worrying about games and getting to these on time.

We will announce around Jan 1st which ages/Divisions will be off which days.

We will group ages/divisions in areas that are close to each other as there will be some ages that play at differnet parks each day to make this work.

Example of a schedule:

Saturday 2 pool play games

Sunday - Off day

Monday 2 pool play games

Tuesday is Bracket day and there is no WCWS games on this day.

The "C" Class will all play at Del City Ballpark and will follow the previous format of

Saturday 2 pool play

Sunday 2 pool play

Monday - Bracket 

"C" Teams can send in there schedule requests for Saturday or Sunday so we can work around the WCWS games for them.

Refunds

Rainout and refund policy 
if paid before and dropped before Feb 1st its a $ 100.00 admin fee for refund. 

No Refunds of any kind after Feb 1st 2024. 
Also in case of bad weather Below is A chart of the Credits

Due to the nature of the cost of this Event the Credit below is what we give for Rain Cancellation. 
0 games played $ 400.00 credit to the next years Event.
1-2 games $ 250.00 for a credit to 2025 Road to the Show. 
3 or more 0% Credit.
