TEAMS CHECK BRACKETS FOR GAME TIMES BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARK.

Pool Play-
9u -14u will be 60 minutes finish the inning or 5 innings (no new inning after 55)

– Pool play ends in a tie when innings or time runs out. Pool play determinees bracket play.
– Free defensive subs and you can bat the whole line up in pool play only. If you choose to bat everyone you can courtesy for the
pitcher and catcher with the last batted out, last batter in the lineup if in the first inning or last at bat of the previous inning.
– Pool Play will be determined by the USSSA site for bracket placement. Tie breaker scenarios are listed on the USSSA website
under pool standings.

Bracket Play- 9u-14u will be 65 minutes finish the inning or 5 innings (no new inning after 60)
– Bracket is straight USSSA RULES. Bracket play cannot end in a tie. The ITB rule will be in effect after the 5

th inning or if game

time expires and the game is tied.

– You can bat the whole line up if you choose, but the DP and Flex cannot be used. You can use the DP and flex if you bat 10 to 11
batters.
– Championship Play- Winners bracket team will have the choice for home or visitor. Run Rule WILL be in effect. 9u thru 14u
will be the full 65 minutes or 5 innings, finish the inning. The ITB rule will be in effect after the 5

th inning or if game time expires

and the game is tied. A game cannot end in a tie in bracket or championship play games.

Oklahoma USSSA Tournament Rules All Ages will be playing showcase style rules
Home/Visitor- This will be determined prior to each game with a coin flip for pool play. Bracket play higher seed gets the choice of Home or
Visitor. Time will start after home/visitor has been determined.
Roster/line-up- Each team will provide a line-up with first and last names. The cards will be presented to the umpire at the plate before each
game.
Game balls- Each team must provide a new or like new girl’s yellow red or blue stitch. 9u-10u will use an 11” ball. 11u-14u will use a 12” ball.
Run rule will be in effect:
12 runs after 3; 2 1⁄2 if the home team is leading
10 runs after 4; 3 1⁄2 if the home team is leading
8 runs after 5; 4 1⁄2 if the home team is leading
Forfeiting: If a team chooses to NO SHOW or FORFEIT any contest throughout the tournament a $75 fee will be charged to the forfeiting
team. This will be collected through paypal, cash app, venmo or cash.
Protesting: Any protest that takes place will be a $100.00 fee from the coach or the team that is protesting.
Illegal Bats: Coaches must abide by the most current updated bat list with the most current updated USSSA Stamps. If a bat is ruled illegal, it
shall be taken out of a game and a penalty will be enforced.
Ejection: IF A PARENT GETS EJECTED FROM THE PARK, THE HEAD COACH OF THAT TEAM WILLALSO BE EJECTED.
This is to protect our umpires and keeps the focus on the girls playing the game in a respectful manner. Coaches please have this
conversation with your parents.
All age groups will play 6 runs maximum per 1⁄2 inning or 3 outs in bracket and pool play.

Friday – $10
Saturday – $10
Sunday – $10
12 & Under – $5
Weekend Wristband Pass – $25 (Must be place on wrist and worn throughout the weekend)

NO ICE CHEST. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS. NO GRILLS at Bouse, please remind your
parents of this. We would greatly appreciate the cooperation from all due to it being a fundraising tournament.
We will put ice and water in Personal water jugs (not sports bottles) at no charge (while supplies last). We do
offer a RV parking area which is at Ten Acre west of Bouse Sports Complex. If you would like to park your RV let
us know and we will get you a permit at no charge. NO RV PARKING AT ALLAT BOUSE. Please honor the
park/city rules.

We will provide 3 coaches per team with an arm band. The armbands are to be worn around your wrist ONLY.
EACH coach must stop by the check in area at the front gate to get an armband.

If you do not have an armband you will
be considered general admission and will pay a daily gate fee.
USSSA rosters must be up to date, completed and correct online as well as filling out the roster/waiver form

Weather Conditions & Updates:
We will have tournament updates and field conditions posted on our CHS Facebook @Choctaw Yellowjacket Softball
and on twitter @jacketsftball. Text messages will be sent out to each head coach if it is necessary to do so.
In any case of severe weather, we will have shelter provided at the CHS school gymnasium if needed.
Tournament T-Shirts will be sold at the tournament. Get yours while supplies last.
