EVENT DETAILS

• Teams make sure Rosters are completed and correct ONLINE ON THE USSSA WEBSITE. Roster infractions will result in a forfeit or up to an ejection from the Tournament. Teams shall be ready to play on the field 20 min early.

  NO STEAL CLEATS ON TURF AND NO SEEDS.

  Pool Play:

  1. Time limit is 60 FOR 8U AND 70 minutes FOR ALL OTHER AGES finish the Inning unless uncatchable finish inning if it is still in reach. If home is batting and winning and time expires the ball game is over. 6 runs per half inning.
  2. Please provide the umpire with a Softball before the game. ( Both Teams )
  3. Flip for Home in Pool
     Pool determines Brackets, Ties are allowed in Pool.
     5. Run Rule 12,10,8 after 3,4,5.
     6. Roster batting is allowed. (Straight USSSA RULES FOR ALL AGES.)
     7. Pool Play will be determined by the Usssa site Bracket Placement. Tie breaker scenarios are listed on Usssa Website under pool standings.
     8. Must have the most up to date bats with the USSSA Stamps. If a bat is ruled illegal, it shall be taken out of the game and a penalty enforced.

  9. 8U STRAIGHT  USSSA RULES. ( No stealing/ We’ll allow Bunting )

  BRACKET PLAY –2GG BRAKET  – NO IF GAMES

  1. Bracket is  60 for 8U – 70 for all other ages.
  2. Run Rule 12,10,8, After 3,4,5. 
     3. Bracket is straight USSSA RULES ( Except 6 runs per half inning )

  4. Please provide the umpire a Softball red or blue stitch softball before the game. 

  5.Higher Seed is home Team, If same seed then we’ll flip for home.

Online rosters are the official rosters.  All players must be on the online roster as a permanent or guest player for the event. Player protests must occur while the game is in progress.

• If the ineligible player is Age/Class eligible but not added to the roster or as a guest player.
  • Player(s) is ejected and cannot participate the rest of the tournament, all previous play stands.
  • Head Coach is ejected for the game in progress.
  • Game will continue to be played as long as the team has the minimum number of eligible players required to finish the game.
  • If the team has no eligible substitute to replace the ejected ineligible player, the short handed rule Rule 5 Sec 2 shall apply.

• If the ineligible Player is not age/class eligible to be added to the roster or as a guest player or a player was playing under someone else’s name.
  • The game in progress will be a forfeit.
  • Team is ejected from the tournament
  • Team is placed last in standing for the event.

If an eligibility protest occurs after a tournament is complete on players not age/class eligible or playing under an alternate name, the team shall be placed last in the tournament standings and the standings shall be adjusted accordingly
