EVENT DETAILS

Teams make sure Rosters are completed and correct .If not online please turn in a copy at Check in. Roster infractions will result of a forfeit or up to a ejection from the Tournament. Teams be on field ready to play at least 20 min early.

Pool Play:

1. Time limit is 60 finish the Inning unless un catchable. If home is batting and winning and time expires ball game is over.
2. Please provide Umpires balls at the Plate Meeting. (Red or Blue Stitch).
3. Flip for Home in Pool.
4. Pool determines Brackets, Ties are allowed in Pool.
5. 8u NO STEALING , WE ALLOW BUNTING AND SLAPPING . You can leave base when pitch is thrown. Throw backs are allowed but no stealing.
6. 6 runs per half inning. Run Rule 12,10,8 after 3,4,5.
7. Free Defensive Subs and you can bat whole Line up in Pool Play , if you choose to bat everyone you can courtesy for the pitcher and catcher with the last COMPLETED AT Bat, Last batter in the lineup if in the first inning first batter or last at bat of previous inning. NO FLEX AND DP OR COURTESY RUNNERS IN 8U.
8. Pool Play will be determined by the Usssa site or Tourney Machine for Bracket Placement. Tie breaker scenarios are listed on Usssa Website Tourney Machine under pool standings.
9. Must have the most up to date bats with the USSSA Stamps. If bat is ruled illegal, it shall be taken out of game and a penalty enforced.

Bracket Play
1. Bracket 60
2. Run Rule 12,10,8, After 3,4,5.
3. Bracket is straight USSSA RULES. ( Except Add 6 runs per half inning. )

Refund and Drop Policy.

If you play 1 games a refund of 40% will be applied to another event. 2 OR MORRE 0%

Also if you drop for any reason 3 weeks before a made event the Credit will be used for another BIG SHOW EVENT ONLY.

If Brackets are out on Weds no refunds will be given for any reason.
