Free- Children 13 and younger – They are free as long as they do not destroy parks, premise and or fields. We had a large problem with C Class events in the spring and went back to charging for children as they required us to employ more staff to clean up and fix the park. WATCH YOUR KIDS, we are not your babysitters. Children caught destroying park, premise and or fields will be removed from the park with the adult that brought them.
SAVAGE PARK RULE – Ice chests are to have water and ice only – ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IN THE PARK. By bringing an ice chest in the park, you are submitting to search of that ice chest at any time for alcohol. Alcohol found will result in team forfeit of event and ban and authorities being notified.
Coaches Passes – First 3 Coaches through the gate listed with current backgrounds on the online roster receive gate passes and coaching bands. Any coaches over 3 listed with a background on the roster will be subject to regular gate pricing and then receive a coaches wristband. If you’re not on the current roster with a background you will not receive a coaches wristband, no exceptions.
Game Balls – Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and then ask for them back at the conclusion of the game. Balls may be Blue USSSA Fastpitch stamped or Red stitched with the correct core and compression stamped on them. We will have balls for sale but do have a limited amount. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them. Balls aren’t cheap.
RAINOUTS – We do our best to watch the weather and make sound decisions based off existing conditions and upcoming forecasts. We understand teams travel for events and we do our best to make adjustments or cancelations with enough time to adjust plans. That being said please watch our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/htboklahoma for all updates and we highly suggest traveling with the travel insurance available on most travel apps.

REFUND POLICY
IF A TEAM DROPS PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE A TOURNAMENT A $50 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. IF A TEAM DROPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER HTB EVENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT TEAM. ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR A RAINOUT.RAINOUT POLICY AS STATED BELOW.
