ALL GAMES ARE 80 MIN FINISH THE INNING. COACHES RETURN AFTER THE GAME ENDS AND WINNING TEAMS DRAW FROM BUCKET A AND LOSING TEAMS DRAW FROM BUCKET B. WINNERS PLAY WINNERS, LOSERS PLAY LOSERS. $7 each 60 yrs + and Veterans with ID
CHILDREN 13 and younger - FREE
*We will continue to not charge for children as long as they do not destroy fields and park premises requiring extra staff to clean up after them or repair fields / park.
Coaches Passes - Teams get 3 passes and MUST CHECK IN AT THE GATE. Once coaches passes are used, regular gate fees will apply.
Game Balls - Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and returned at the conclusion of the game. Blue stitch stamped USSSA Fastpitch balls are required by insurance and will be enforced. We will have balls for sale but do have a limited amount. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them. Balls aren't cheap.
RAINOUTS - We do our best to watch the weather and make sound decisions based off existing conditions and upcoming forecasts. We understand teams travel for events and we do our best to make adjustments or cancelations with enough time to adjust plans. IF A TEAM DROPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER HTB EVENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT TEAM.
