Free- Children 13 and younger – They are free as long as they do not destroy parks, premise and or fields. We had a large problem with C Class events in the spring and went back to charging for children as they required us to employ more staff to clean up and fix the park. WATCH YOUR KIDS, we are not your babysitters. Children caught destroying park, premise and or fields will be removed from the park with the adult that brought them.
SAVAGE PARK RULE – Ice chests are to have water and ice only – ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IN THE PARK. By bringing an ice chest in the park, you are submitting to search of that ice chest at any time for alcohol. Alcohol found will result in team forfeit of event and ban and authorities being notified.
Coaches Passes – First 3 Coaches through the gate receive gate passes and coaching bands. Any coaches over 3 listed with a background on the roster will be subject to regular gate pricing and then receive a coaches wristband. ALL COACHES MUST HAVE CURRENT USSSA BACKGROUND CHECK.GAME TIMES

TIE BREAKERS
We do this differently
1st Round – Bases loaded with 1 out
2nd Round – Bases loaded with 2 outs
3rd Round – Bases loaded with 2 outs AND full count on the first batter
subsequent rounds follow 3rd round.If a fan is ejected head coach is also ejected per rulebook.
Game Balls – Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and then ask for them back at the conclusion of the game. Balls may be Blue USSSA Fastpitch stamped or Red stitched with the correct core and compression stamped on them. We will have balls for sale but do have a limited amount. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them. Balls aren’t cheap.
RAINOUTS – We do our best to watch the weather and make sound decisions based off existing conditions and upcoming forecasts. We understand teams travel for events and we do our best to make adjustments or cancelations with enough time to adjust plans. That being said please watch our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/htboklahoma for all updates and we highly suggest traveling with the travel insurance available on most travel apps.
HTB GIVEAWAYS – Every paid team got one entry per rostered regular player when registration closed into our giveaways for the event entered. All our giveaways are live on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/htboklahoma
AWARDS – MVPS are given during every round of play. MVP of each game can be from either team. MVPS will only be logged in the USSSA system if their First and Last name are on the score card provided back to office from the umpire. If you get an MVP make sure the umpire writes your FULL NAME on the score card. NO 1st & 2nd place awards will be given if brackets are not completed. Up to 13 awards given per team based on your roster. If roster has 11, you get 11. If a team has more than 13, we will try to accommodate once all awards have been handed out if we have extras, we make zero guarantees there will be spares, or that they will match if we do have them.
REFUND POLICY
IF A TEAM DROPS PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE A TOURNAMENT A $50 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. IF A TEAM DROPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER HTB EVENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT TEAM. ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR A RAINOUT.
