We will have a first pitch ceremony with a survivor from Susan G. Komen at 12:30pm on Field 5
This is also where the Pinkout Jersey Contest will be judged by the survivor.

SAVAGE PARK RULE - ICE CHESTS AND COOLERS CAN CONTAIN WATER AND ICE ONLY.
ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE PARK. THIS IS A YOUTH PARK AND EVENT. THIS IS AN EJECTABLE OFFENSE FOR THE ENTIRE TEAM, THERE WILL BE ZERO TOLERENCE OR WARNINGS ON THIS MATTER. LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL ALSO BE NOTIFIED.
ICE CHESTS AND COOLERS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH FOR ALCOHOL AT ANY TIME THEY ARE IN THE PARK, BY BRINGING THEM IN THE PARK YOU SUBMIT TO SEARCH REQUESTS FOR ALCOHOL. DENIAL TO SEARCH, RESULTS IN YOUR TEAM FORFEITING THE TOURNAMENT AND A 6 MONTH BAN.
Coaches Passes - Teams get 3 passes and MUST CHECK IN AT THE GATE. Once coaches passes are used regular gate fees will apply. ALL COACHES MUST BE BACKGROUND CHECKED TO BE IN THE DUGOUT AND ON THE FIELD PER USSSA RULES.
Game Balls - Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and returned at the conclusion of the game. Blue stitch stamped USSSA Fastpitch balls are required by insurance and will be enforced. We will have balls for sale but do have a limited amount. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them. Balls aren't cheap.
RAINOUTS - We do our best to watch the weather and make sound decisions based off existing conditions and upcoming forecasts. We understand teams travel for events and we do our best to make adjustments or cancelations with enough time to adjust plans. HTB has in place umpire review forms. We encourage you to fill these out after each game.
An Exceptional Umpire and Umpire complaint form. You can submit as many as you like for different games. HTB strives to make sure the best product possible is on the field and we want to be able to reward our umpires accordingly.
The first is the Exceptional Umpire Form that coaches can submit to help highlight any umpires who go above and beyond in their duties. These submissions will then directly impact the umpires nominated and awarded umpire of the year for all of Eastern Oklahoma.
We also recognize that umpires are human and as such they make mistakes. Even the best are not perfect therefore we have also introduced the Umpire Complaint form.
The umpire complaint form is not meant to replace any call that requires a UIC. This is a post game form so that we can correct and educate umpires on a situation or clear up a misunderstanding with a coach. Again, we ask that head coaches be the one to complete the form and be patient with us as we reply.

REFUND POLICY
IF A TEAM DROPS PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE A TOURNAMENT A $50 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. IF A TEAM DROPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER HTB EVENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT TEAM. ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR A RAINOUT.
