All games are 75 minutes finish the inning. CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES ARE A FULL 7 INNINGS NO TIME LIMIT.

Unlimited runs per half in all games.
Run Rules 12 after 2, 10 after 3 8 after 4 or 15 ahead at end of any inning.

This event is at Firelake Ball Park In Shawnee.

GATES OPEN ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO FIRST GAME OF THE DAY.

Coaches Passes - Teams get 3 passes and MUST CHECK IN AT THE GATE. Once coaches passes are used regular gate fees will apply.

Game Balls - Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and returned at the conclusion of the game. Blue stitch stamped USSSA Fastpitch balls are required by insurance and will be enforced. There are balls for sale at savage park concession but they do have a limited amount. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them. Balls aren't cheap. Clock does not stop to find more game balls, be on top of retrieving balls that leave the field of play.

HTB has put in place umpire forms. We encourage you to fill these out after each game.
An Exceptional Umpire and Umpire complaint form. You can submit as many as you like for different games. HTB strives to make sure the best product possible is on the field and we want to be able to reward our umpires accordingly.
The first is the Exceptional Umpire Form that coaches can submit to help highlight any umpires who go above and beyond in their duties. These submissions will then directly impact the umpires nominated and awarded umpire of the year for all of Eastern Oklahoma.

We also recognize that umpires are human and as such they make mistakes. Even the best are not perfect therefore we have also introduced the Umpire Complaint form.

The umpire complaint form is not meant to replace any call that requires a UIC. This is a post game form so that we can correct and educate umpires on a situation or clear up a misunderstanding with a coach. Again, we ask that head coaches be the one to complete the form and be patient with us as we reply.

This event is a Full Friday, Saturday, Sunday event

Seeded Pool games:
75 minute finish the inning games
Flip for Home/Visitors
We have an official game when time expires if we have an official winner (This includes when time expires if you can not catch up to at least tie game)
USSSA batting and courtesy runner rules
Teams Playing an extra Pool game (last game on Schedule) will only count if it affects your placing between the team you played last (Head to Head)
6 runs per half inning

Bracket:
75 min games
Unlimited runs per half
Top seed picks home/visitor same seed then flip

We do our Tie Breakers as follows - 

1st round - Bases loaded, one out

2nd round - Bases loaded, 2 outs

3rd round - Bases loaded, 2 outs and full count on the first batter

any additional rounds follow 3rd round rules.

Last completed at bat from previous inning is placed on 1st base with preceeding batter on second and previous batter on 3rd. (If tie breaker occurs and 8 hole is up to bat first, 7th hole goes on 1st, 6th hole on 2nd and 5th hole on 3rd).

There will be no refunds or credits after April 15th issued except for a rainout.
