We have an official game when time expires if we have an official winner (This includes when time expires if you can not catch up to at least tie game)
USSSA batting and courtesy runner rules
Teams Playing an extra Pool game (last game on Schedule) will only count if it affects your placing between the team you played last (Head to Head)
6 runs per half inning

75 min games
Unlimited runs per half
Top seed picks home/visitor same seed then flip

We do our Tie Breakers as follows –

1st round – Bases loaded, one out

2nd round – Bases loaded, 2 outs

3rd round – Bases loaded, 2 outs and full count on the first batter

any additional rounds follow 3rd round rules.

Last completed at bat from previous inning is placed on 1st base with preceeding batter on second and previous batter on 3rd. (If tie breaker occurs and 8 hole is up to bat first, 7th hole goes on 1st, 6th hole on 2nd and 5th hole on 3rd).

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY APRIL 1ST.  ALL UNPAID TEAMS AT THE DEADLINE WILL BE REMOVED AND HAVE THEIR SPOT OFFERED TO THE NEXT TEAM IN LINE.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds or credits after April 15th issued except for a rainout.

Rainout Policy as stated below.

All refunds will be subject to the guidelines.

Entry fees must be paid through the USSSA online system for this event no later than April 1st.

Adults 14 years old – 59 years old – $10

Seniors 60+ and Veterans with ID – $7

Children 0 years old – 13 years old – FREE

Coaches receive 3 passes at check in and must be worn at all times or gate fee will be charged.
