Good Morning Everyone While the Tournament and Fields are currently ready to go, the overall quality of our product and the best interests of the Players come first. Please know there is always a very strong process between HTB and Savage Park staff before we make a decision like this. For the safety and health of our Players, Coaches, Fans, Umpires and staff with the impending forecast, We HTB and Savage Park Staff feel it is in anyone’s best interest to shift St. Jude’s Shamrock Shootout goes Tyson Tough to March 22 and 23rd. Neither party wants teams to travel and play in an event that has a 80% chance of being terminated based on cold wet weather. If the forecast continues on track we are looking at rain moving in at Noon and not leaving until 4am. We do not want to waste everyone’s time waiting and hoping for something that could not happen. We always do our very best to put our Teams first and we hope everyone understands and hope our C Class teams will move your entry to the weekend of March 22-23 which is being renamed to this event to help us support causes near and dear to our hearts. March 22-23 has already been designated a C Class only weekend. Please respond with whether you would like to be shifted to March 22-23 with your payment (that weekend is $299, you will receive $15 back at the gate) or if you would like a refund so we know what to do. All teams currently in Open Class will be automatically refunded. We appreciate each and every one of you and hope you know we do this for you. REFUND POLICY

IF A TEAM DROPS PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE A TOURNAMENT A $50 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. IF A TEAM DROPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER HTB EVENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT TEAM. ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR A RAINOUT.
