Schedules and event information needed 8/25 round robin

Good Morning everyone,

Welcome to the 2025 season! Schedules are live for Sunday 8/25. We are excited to get this fall started and start watching all the girls play! Reminder that this event is $50 PAP each game to the umpire in cash at the beginning of the game. They do not carry cash, please have exact change.

GAME INFORMATION
THIS IS A ROUND ROBIN WITH 3 GAMES PER TEAM. THESE GAMES AER 60 MINUTES FINISH THE INNING.
THIS IS SCRIMMAGE STYLE WHERE GAMES CAN END IN A TIE HOWEVER THE INNING WILL BE COMPLETED REGADLESS IF HOME TEAM IS AHEAD.
THESE GAMES WILL SHOW IN YOUR TEAM RECORDS ARE POOL GAMES, YOU WILL GET POINTS FOR THIS EVENT. EVERY TEAM WILL RECEIVE THE SAME POINTS.

EJECTIONS - REMEMBER IF A FAN IS REMOVED THE HEAD COACH IS ALSO REMOVED FOR THE DURATION OF THAT GAME PLUS ONE MORE. KEEP YOUR FANS UNDER CONTROL. THESE ARE CHILDREN, BE A ROLE MODEL AND SET THE EXAMPLE. PROFANITY AND OR PERSONAL ATTACKS TOWARDS UMPIRES, OR ANY STAFF WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Gate Fees
$10 each Ages 14yrs - 59yrs
$7 each 60 yrs + and Veterans with ID
CHILDREN 13 and younger - FREE
*We will continue to not charge for children as long as they do not destroy fields and park premises requiring extra staff to clean up after them or repair fields / park.

SAVAGE PARK RULE - ICE CHESTS CAN CONTAIN WATER AND ICE ONLY

Coaches Passes - Teams get 3 passes and MUST CHECK IN AT THE GATE. Once coaches passes are used regular gate fees will apply.

Game Balls - Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and returned at the conclusion of the game. Blue stitch stamped USSSA Fastpitch balls are required by insurance and will be enforced. We will have balls for sale but do have a limited amount. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them. Balls aren't cheap.

RAINOUTS - We do our best to watch the weather and make sound decisions based off existing conditions and upcoming forecasts. We understand teams travel for events and we do our best to make adjustments or cancelations with enough time to adjust plans. EVENT / REFUND INFORMATION

THIS EVENT IS $50 PAP EACH GAME

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT AT NOON, OR WHEN THE DIVISION ENTERED FILLS UP. WHICH EVER COMES FIRST. ALL UNPAID TEAMS AT THE DEADLINE WILL BE REMOVED.

Bracket games - 80 minutes finish the inning, UNLIMITED runs per half, 12/2,10/3,8/4 OR 15 AHEAD AT END OF ANY INNING. Games must have a winner - High Seed Choice Home

10U AND UP C CLASS ONLY

Pool games - 70 minutes Drop Dead, can end in a tie - Coin Toss 6 Runs per half run rules 12/3,10/4,8/5

REFUND POLICY

IF A TEAM DROPS PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE A TOURNAMENT A $50 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. IF A TEAM DROPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER HTB EVENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT TEAM. ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR A RAINOUT.
