All information in this email is highly important please read thoroughly. MVP AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN DURING POOL PLAY. Your MVP will be chosen by umpires, they will receive a ticket the player will then bring to us to trade for their award. This is being done to make sure we get the information we need to attach the award to their USSSA Profile and onto the leaderboard. HOME RUNS OVER THE FENCE ONLY Player will receive a ticket to bring to us to trade for a Home Run band so we can get the information needed to attach to their USSSA profile and onto the leaderboard. REFUND POLICY

IF A TEAM DROPS PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE A TOURNAMENT A $50 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. IF A TEAM DROPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER HTB EVENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT TEAM. ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR A RAINOUT.
