    ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT AT 5PM, OR WHEN THE DIVISION ENTERED FILLS UP. WHICH EVER COMES FIRST. ALL UNPAID TEAMS AT THE DEADLINE WILL BE REMOVED. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE THROUGH THE SYSTEM OR BY CASH APP. 

     

    WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO COMBINE AGE GROUPS TO MAKE DIVISIONS PLAYABLE ONLY IF NEEDED (EX. Open and B / B and C / 9U-10 / 11U-12U / 13U-14U AND 16-18U INTO HSO) 

    Gate Fees are DAILY and CASH ONLY – Wristbands must be worn on wrist for same day re-entry. New bands daily.

    TIE BREAKERS

    We do this differently

    Using LCAB (Last Completed At Bat)

    1st Round – Bases loaded with 1 out
    2nd Round – Bases loaded with 2 outs
    3rd Round – Bases loaded with 2 outs AND full count on the first batter
    subsequent rounds follow 3rd round.

    we reserve the right to shorten game times, go to drop dead in pool play and change the amount of games in the event of weather.

     

    If a fan is ejected head coach is also ejected per rulebook.

    Game Balls – Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and then ask for them back at the conclusion of the game. Balls may be Blue USSSA Fastpitch stamped or Red stitched with the correct core and compression stamped on them. We will have balls for sale but do have a limited amount. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them.

    RAINOUTS – We do our best to watch the weather and make sound decisions based off existing conditions and upcoming forecasts. We understand teams travel for events and we do our best to make adjustments or cancelations with enough time to adjust plans. That being said please make sure you have the USSSA App and are following your team for all updates. We highly suggest traveling with the travel insurance available on most travel apps. 

     

    AWARDS – MVP can be from either team. MVPS will only be logged in the USSSA system if their First and Last name are on the score card provided back to office from the umpire. If you get an MVP make sure the umpire writes your FULL NAME on the score card. NO 1st & 2nd place awards will be given if brackets are not completed. Up to 13 awards given per team based on your roster. If roster has 11, you get 11. If a team has more than 13, we will try to accommodate once all awards have been handed out if we have extras, we make zero guarantees there will be spares, or that they will match if we do have them.  All divisions with 12 or more teams will be split into Gold and Silver for bracket play.

    ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR A RAINOUT.

if you can't add a guest player today before your FIRST game starts, you must text a picture of your official roster to Jessica before your first game time so it is time stamped. Since we delayed the system is acting a little funky.

REMINDER STAY OFF THE DIRT UNTIL AN UMPIRE IS THERE! Coaches this means you too, we do not need you walking around the field seeing if you like it or not every footprint hurts. Field Crews are working as fast as they can. Please make sure everyone stays out of their way. Wristbands must be worn on your wrist or something attached to your body for reentry, not just in your pocket. If you have any further questions, please read the email that was sent when schedules were released or the event information online. Pool games are 60 minute drop dead after the first game teams must be ready to play up to 40 minutes early if they are not currently playing on another field this is not negotiable. There will be no on field warm-ups after the first game. Enter the field and be ready to play. On the bright side, at least you can have all the shelled nuts and gum you want in this park =) It's going to be a great weekend and we are very thankful for all the work that has gone into making it possible. Once everyone is settled, and things are rolling, we will be around to do our TikTok's, you never know what you may win.

We are going to push the start time to 2 o'clock. The sun and wind are helping, but they need time and the longer we can keep people away from them the better. Gates will open at 1pm games at 2pm everything else from the previous message stands.

The raining is slowing to a stop. We are planning on a 12:00pm Gate opening and 1:00pm games start. The field crew is confident if the rain stops as it appears to be, they can be ready to go by then. We will update by 11am if we feel there is a reason to push start times out farther. Schedules will be updated here shortly. All pool games will be 60 min drop dead Bracket will be 70 finish the inning. ALL GAMES WILL RUN AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. BE READY TO PLAY 40 MINUTES EARLY TO ALL GAMES AFTER THE 1PM GAME IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY PLAYING ON ANOTHER FIELD. This will not be negotiable. There will be no on field warm-ups once the 1pm games have started. Be ready to play when you get on the field. 1pm games stay off the dirt until an umpire enters your field. Warm up in the outfield grass.

we prepped and planned for as much as we could with the weather forecast, the fields have been opened and dried every day between rain storms. Last night after the latest monsoon there was ZERO standing water. The field crew is confident they've got this, they also need God to lighten up on the weather pattern. They are opening them and drying them again today and will roll and pack them down again before night incase anything else comes. We do have a delay start contingency plan in case they need a little bit of time in the morning if anything else comes in. Every time we have to stop and answer our phone for everyone wanting to know how the fields look you are taking time away from working on the fields. We will put out a message when there's something for everyone to know.
