EVENT / REFUND INFORMATION

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT AT NOON, OR WHEN THE DIVISION ENTERED FILLS UP. WHICH EVER COMES FIRST. ALL UNPAID TEAMS AT THE DEADLINE WILL BE REMOVED.

6U IS A ONE DAY 3GG FOR FREE - THERE IS A $50 DEPOSIT (ADD $3 WHEN PAYING THROUGH USSSA SYSTEM). THIS IS REFUNDED WHEN YOU BEGIN YOUR FIRST GAME. WE DO THIS IS TO MAKE SURE TEAMS SHOW UP AND DO NOT WASTE THE SPOT.
GAME INFORMATION 6U TIME ADJSUTMENTS 55 MINUTE POOL GAMES 60 MINUTE FINISH THE INNING BRACKET GAMES ALL OTHER AGES

Pool games - 70 minutes Drop Dead, can end in a tie - Coin Toss 

Bracket games - 80 minutes finish the inning, must have a winner - High Seed Choice Home

We follow USSSA Rules except for our Tie breakers (see below) 

We do 6 runs per half. 

Run Rules are as follows

12 after 3, 10 after 4 and 8 after 5.

Tie Breakers as follows - 

1st round - Bases loaded, one out

2nd round - Bases loaded, 2 outs

3rd round - Bases loaded, 2 outs and full count on the batter

Any additional round follows 3rd round instructions.  

Refund Policy

If a team drops prior to 2 weeks before a tournament a $50 fee will be assessed. If a team drops within 2 weeks of the event there will be no refund, only a credit for another HTB event will be issued to that team. Once registration closes no refunds and no credits will be issued except for a rainout.

Rainout Policy as stated below.

All refunds will be subject to the guidelines. 

3GG & 4GG

1 Game 20% back

2 games or more No Refunds

5GG & Higher

1 Game 40% back

2 games 20% back

3 games or more No Refunds

No refunds or credits will be issued if a coach / team is removed from the tournament.
