Schedules are updated. The games already started that have to finish will be 80 minutes. All games starting at 9:30am will be 60 minutes finish the inning. Due to the push and addition of games tomorrow there will be no IF games.

We are done for the evening. Lightning looks like it will be in the area until 9 PM to 9:30 PM. If nothing else back builds. We will resume all games that have already started at 8 AM. As well as the games that have not yet started tonight. All games will be dropped 60 minutes. NO IF GAMES. Games will be able to start up to 45 minutes early, depending on run rules. If anyone is caught climbing over a fence, they will be ejected for the remainder of the weekend. This includes all field and park fences. Use the gates. If you have a muddy entrance walk around. This facility was very courteous to accept us last minute and we will treat them with respect.

per the event information online you must always be ready to play up to 30 minutes early If not currently playing on another field with the rain. TODAY we will roll games AS FAST as we can to get as far ahead as we can so that any lightning delays don't push us too far behind. as a reminder, there are to be no metal cleats or spikes, no sunflower seeds, no shelled, nuts and no gum. Any team caught with any of the above, there is an immediate $100 fine to the city of Tahlequah, games will resume once the fine has been paid, second time offenders or refusal to pay will equal a team ejection. TIE BREAKERS

We do this differently

Using LCAB (Last Completed At Bat)

1st Round - Bases loaded with 1 out
2nd Round - Bases loaded with 2 outs
3rd Round - Bases loaded with 2 outs AND full count on the first batter
subsequent rounds follow 3rd round.

If a fan is ejected head coach is also ejected per rulebook.

Game Balls - Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and then ask for them back at the conclusion of the game. Balls may be Blue USSSA Fastpitch stamped or Red stitched with the correct core and compression stamped on them. We will have balls for sale but do have a limited amount. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them.


RAINOUTS - We do our best to watch the weather and make sound decisions based off existing conditions and upcoming forecasts. We understand teams travel for events and we do our best to make adjustments or cancelations with enough time to adjust plans. That being said please watch our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/htboklahoma for all updates. We highly suggest traveling with the travel insurance available on most travel apps.

AWARDS -  MVPS are given during every round of play. MVP of each game can be from either team. MVPS will only be logged in the USSSA system if their First and Last name are on the score card provided back to office from the umpire. If you get an MVP make sure the umpire writes your FULL NAME on the score card. NO 1st & 2nd place awards will be given if brackets are not completed. Up to 13 awards given per team based on your roster. If roster has 11, you get 11. If a team has more than 13, we will try to accommodate once all awards have been handed out if we have extras, we make zero guarantees there will be spares, or that they will match if we do have them.  All divisions with 8 or more teams will be split into Gold and Silver for bracket play.
