Young children are NO LONGER FREE until we can see they can behave and don’t require more staff and work to maintain the park. Keep children off unused fields and field dirt pile or you and them will be removed from the park.
SAVAGE PARK RULE – ICE CHESTS CAN CONTAIN WATER AND ICE ONLY
Coaches Passes – Teams get 3 passes and MUST CHECK IN AT THE GATE. Once coaches passes are used regular gate fees will apply.
Game Balls – Teams are responsible to supply game balls. Teams will supply 2 game balls per game to the umpire at the plate meeting of each game and returned at the conclusion of the game. Blue stitch or Red stitch ball as long as correct core and compression is stamped on ball. Concession has balls for sale but does have a limited amount. Home run balls still belong to the team who supplied them. It is at the discretion of both teams head coaches agreeing on what happens with them. Balls aren’t cheap.
RAINOUTS – We do our best to watch the weather and make sound decisions based off existing conditions and upcoming forecasts. We understand teams travel for events and we do our best to make adjustments or cancelations with enough time to adjust plans. HTB GIVEAWAYS – Every paid team got one entry per rostered regular player when registration closed into our giveaways for the event entered. All our giveaways are live on our facebook page at www.facebook.com/htboklahoma
AWARDS – 13 AWARDS PER TEAM ARE PROVIDED. IF THERE ARE SPARES REMAINING AFTER ALL AWARDS ARE HANDED OUT WE ARE HAPPY TO OBLIGE.
REFUND POLICY
IF A TEAM DROPS PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE A TOURNAMENT A $50 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. IF A TEAM DROPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER HTB EVENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THAT TEAM. ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR A RAINOUT.

Thank you all for joining us this weekend, we can't wait to see you all. We have Opening ceremonies, individual contests and team contests. Pretty much every ounce of information you need is in this email, read it because it's the first place we will direct you when you have questions.

Gates open at 7:00am for everyone
COACHES
Coaches when you arrive
The first three through the gate listed on the coaches list get gate passes and coaches wristbands.
Coaches after the first three through the gate any remainders will be subject to regular gate prices.
Once you receive a regular gate pass you can come check in at the coaches table for a coaches wristband.
NO COACH WRISTBAND = NO FIELD OR DUGOUT ACCESS
Separate email being sent to coaches and guardians regarding this. There are zero exceptions.
(short version is - when you created your team and clicked you agree on the big red screen you accepted that everyone on the field and in the dugout has to have a background)

We do these different - See event info and confirmation emails
1st Round - Bases loaded with 1 out
2nd Round - Bases loaded with 2 outs
3rd Round - Bases loaded with 2 outs AND full count on the first batter
subsequent rounds follow 3rd round.
Remember if a fan is ejected, the head coach is also ejected per the rulebook

All score discrepancies must be received by end of pool play (7pm Saturday evening), once bracket is seeded scores in system stand.
Concession stand is a separate entity and business they only handle concession, bathrooms and field maintenance,

APPAREL SALES
Due to current economic climate, shirt availability is limited. If you are interested in purchasing one, we strongly encourage you to do so early, as we anticipate selling out quickly. Thank you for your support and understanding.
OPENING CEREMONIES
Opening ceremonies will be on field 1 at 12:15pm, line up on the 3rd base side to be called across the field. Games will resume as close to 12:30pm as possible.
Contests and Events
All contests, team and individual events will take place from 6:15pm until 8:15pm Saturday.
Field 1 8U and 10U - Home to 1st
Field 2 8U and 10U - Around The Horn
Field 3 12U and 14U - Home to 1st
Field 4 12U and 14U - Around The Horn
Field 5 All ages Relay
Home to 1st - no warmup, one timed attempt
Around the horn - 4 players from one team - one warm up attempt and one timed attempt
Relay - 6 players from one team, 3 at home and 3 at second base - no warmup, one timed attempt
ONLY FASTEST SCORE WILL BE LOGGED.
If you want your players time ask when they complete the event, again crews are only logging the fastest score for each event.
ICE CHESTS
ZERO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN PARK. BY BRINGING AN ICE CHEST INTO THE PARK YOU ARE SUBMITTING TO SEARCH AT ANY TIME. ALCOHOL FOUND WILL RESULT IN A TEAM FORFEIT FROM EVENT AND TEAM BAN FROM USSSA AS WELL AS POLICE BEING NOTIFIED.
