Please be advised that the 6th Annual Road to the Show WCWS has a "stay to play" requirement, meaning that all participating teams and attendees must book their accommodations through the designated housing provider(s) affiliated with the event.

Event DetailsTeams make sure Rosters are completed and corrected online. Roster infractions will result in a forfeit or up to an ejection from the Tournament. Teams should be on field ready to play at least 20 min early. Pool Play:
1. Time limit is 70 minutes finish the Inning unless uncatchable. If home is batting and winning and time expires ball game is over.
2. Please provide the Umpire Game balls at the Plate Meeting ( Red or Blue Stitch ).3. Flip for Home in Pool
4. Pool determines Brackets, Ties are allowed in Pool.
5. 8u NO STEALING.BUNTING AND SLAPPING IS ALLOWED.
You can leave base when the pitch is thrown. Throw backs are allowed but no stealing FOR ANY Reason. (Also, can have a courtesy Runner for Catcher only, Use the last completed at bat.
6. 6 runs per half inning. Run Rule 12,10,8 after 3,4,5. (REASON FOR 6 PER IS FOR TEAMS TO GET OUT OF GAMES TO GO WATCH THE WCWS)
7. Free Defensive Subs other than the Pitcher. (Must report pitching change) and you can bat whole Line up in Pool Play, if you choose to bat everyone you can courtesy for the pitcher and catcher with the last COMPLETED AT Bat, Last batter in the lineup if in the first inning first batter or last at bat of previous inning.8. Pool Play will be determined by the Usssa site for Bracket Placement. Tie breaker scenarios are listed on Usssa Website under pool standings.
9. Must have the most up to date bats with the USSSA Stamps. If bat is ruled illegal, it shall be taken out of game and a penalty enforced.Bracket Play Single Elimination

1. Bracket is USSSA RULES ( with below changes ).
2. 15 after any inning. 12 after 3, 10 after 4,8 after 5. ( 6 Runs per inning in 8u and C class ages). 9 u on up is Unlimited Runs per half inning .
8u NO STEALING, BUNTING AND SLAPPING IS ALLOWED 6 RUNS PER HALF INNING. You can leave the base when the pitch is thrown. Throw backs are allowed but no stealing. (Also, can have a courtesy Runner for Catcher only, Use the last completed at bat.)3. Teams will provide Game balls at the Plate Meeting.
4. Higher Seed is Home. If tied on seeds, we’ll flip a coin for Choice.
5. Standard ITB Rules apply.
Online rosters are the official rosters. All players must be on the online roster as a permanent or guest player for the event. Player protests must occur while the game is in progress.
- If the ineligible player is Age/Class eligible but not added to the roster or as a guest player.
- Player(s) is ejected and cannot participate the rest of the tournament, all previous play stands

- Head Coach is ejected for the game in progress.
- Game will continue to be played as long as the team has the minimum number of eligible players required to finish the game.
- If the team has no eligible substitute to replace the ejected ineligible player, the short handed rule Rule 5 Sec 2 shall apply.
- If the ineligible Player is not age/class eligible to be added to the roster or as a guest player or a player was playing under someone else’s name.
- The game in progress will be a forfeit.
- Team is ejected from the tournament
- Team is placed last in standing for the event.
If an eligibility protest occurs after a tournament is complete on players not age/class eligible or playing under an alternate name, the team shall be placed last in the tournament standings and the standings shall be adjusted accordingly

Player Party and Skills Comp Information for Friday May 29th Player Party is Friday 9am - 5pm at Altitude 1291 6235 SE 15th Street, Midwest City, OK 73110 www.altitude1291.com The Player party is Free The arcade games and any food or drink is additional cost. Player Party includes: Laser Tag Bowling - (Limit 1 game per Time) Rock Wall Bumper Cars Virtual Reality DJ Bounce House They Sell Food and Drinks but none are included Arcade games are not included Tokens can be purchased. Coaches you can pick up your coaches passes at the player party you also get a Road to the Show souvenir if you check in at the player party. (1 per team) Skills Competition is FREE There is NO COST Location: Bouse Sports Complex 1333 N Indian Meridian Rd, Choctaw, OK 73020 Time is from 11am – 6pm on Friday May 29th Skills Comps Info YOU JUST SHOW UP TO THE FIELD NO SIGN UP JUST GET IN LINE AND TRY THE Competition!!!!! Awards for winners - will be given to players at their games over the course of the tournament – We will send out an email with all the winners as well. Also you complete in the age your team is Playing in – Not the age of the Player – So if your team is playing in 12u and your team is all 11u players – you are competing against 12u in the skills competition. Events 1. Pass the BATon - (Six players) This will be on Field 1 Six players will test their base running ability in a relay style competition by racing from Home Plate to 2nd base, and 2nd base to Home Plate. Three players will begin at Home Plate and three from 2nd base. The race will be a continual process with home plate runners passing a miniature bat to runners at 2nd base and at home plate. The race will be completed once the final runner crosses home plate with the miniature bat in hand. A dropped BATon will incur a 5 second penalty. Each team can have 2 groups try this Competition – Each Group gets 1 Attempt at this one 2. Bunting Challenge (Individual) This will be on Field 2 Players will compete individually in the Bunting competition. You'll be tasked with laying the ball down on targets for points. 3. Fastest Girl (Individual) Fields 3 Players will compete individually in the base running competition. Players will begin at home plate and be instructed to run from home to home. Players must touch every base. Players can have 2 attempts. 4. Infield Star (5 Players) This will be on Field 4 Ball starts at Catcher Catcher throws to SS SS throws to 1B 1B throws to 3B 3B throws to 2B 2B throws to Catcher. Each Group gets 1 Practice try, then gets 2 times try. Each team can have 2 groups try. At Player Party and skills we will have Event Merchandise and other Vendors as well.NO PAP

Rainout and refund policyif paid before and dropped before Feb 1st its a $ 100.00 admin fee for refund.
No Refunds of any kind after Feb 1st 2024.
